While I do appreciate their low prices on some things, they slipped in my list of shopping stops when I discovered they don't carry yellow onions as a regular stock item. Too many non food specialty items and not enough basics are going to send me elsewhere. That said the new Brown Deer store is very pleasant

The new store is very nice but they don't seem to have the same variety of products as the old store and things are not laid out very well. There are three different places for the fresh veggies and they don't have as much fresh fruit as before. Baking items are in two different aisles. There are a several things that I will go there to pick up as they are less expensive than Woodman's but I can't count on getting everything I need like I could before.
